You must be at least 18 years old to open an account with WLN. This is a strict requirement with no exceptions. You are required to provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.

• Correct date of birth
• Active mobile number or email address
• Current address
• Preferred payment method details

Wln may request additional documents at any time for identity verification. As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you may be required to submit a copy of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on wln are handled through a fully secure and transparent process. We support the most popular payment methods available in Bangladesh.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once
• Wagering requirements are set separately for each bonus

• If bonus abuse is proven, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited

Sports Betting

• If a match is cancelled after a bet has been accepted, the bet will be refunded
• Live betting odds are subject to change at any time
• In the event of a dispute over a match result, the official result will be considered final
• If a bet is accepted at an incorrect odds due to a system error, WLN reserves the right to void that bet

Casino Games

• All casino games are powered by certified Random Number Generators (RNG)
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, wln will review the affected bet
• Once a game session has ended, results cannot be changed

6. Prohibited Activities

WLN is committed to maintaining a fair and secure platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Bonus abuse or bonus farming
• Colluding or conspiring with other players
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Third-party deposits or withdrawals
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities on the platform
• Harassing other users or wln staff

7. Account Suspension & Closure

WLN may temporarily or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• Failure to complete identity verification
• If suspicious or unusual activity is detected
• At the direction of a regulatory authority
• At the player's own request (voluntary break)

If a valid balance exists at the time of account closure, WLN will review and consider returning it — however, this does not apply in cases where the Terms have been violated.
